Go to the Neo-geo.com boards and talk to O. Yashiro. He sells his games low and should have some idea. If not i guess you could always buy them from him.
I think he is your best bet to talk to. As he only sells on boards and isnt busy like most people that have a distributer lined up.

i will be dealing in everything vintage to new stuff.
i had a store in 99-01 and i sold just used games.
i would still have been doing that had i not had problems with the landlord of my building.

i got my new tax id in today and they also sent my old one from my old store, man it brought back memories to see the store name again
anyone else have any leads?
i have roughly six distibutors right now but only like 1 of them.
i contacted yoshira today so im waiting to hear back from him, he has some good deals.
