This post isn't meant to criticize the seller. He has perfect feedback with over 2000 transactions and I have no reason to believe that we was trying to pull something sneaky. What I'm wondering is whether or not the buyer bothered to read the auction description and fully understood what he was bidding on. It would really suck for the seller if this buyer, who doesn't have a lot of feedback leaves a negative when he gets a box of empty game cases in the mail.

How do you know he isn't planning on getting the games separately?

I mean, there's always a chance that the guy already owns a few of those games, but without cases or artwork, and he wants to complete them. It happens. *shrugs*

Probably will. You never hear buyers say "Oh it was my fault for not reading." Never happens.

But 1 neg out of 2000 won't even make a dent so no harm in the long term.

I read the listing and it says: "No Games or Inst -just case with OFFICAL COVER ART FOR FRONT AND BACK see pic !". In the case of the single games wouldn't the instructions be included? The front art is the instruction book. So either it is a color copy of the original art, or just the front cover, torn off the instruction booklet and stuck in the front of the case.

I know the 2 or more disk sets come with a front tray liner like the back, but the single disk games are pretty unclear as to what you are getting.
Condoleezza Rice is nice, but I prefer A Roni!

I without a doubt think he knows what he's buying. People will pay A LOT for items to complete their games. I just sold 11 psx manuals for 45 bucks. Pretty similar rare titles as well.

The one thing that throws me off is the "Intelligent Qube" since it has the cover art, but single cd games have the manual as the cover art. He might have just neglected to list that one as having the manual due to lazyness.
