Mint is such a realitive term. Everyone throws "Mint" around on ebay everyday. The seller does say "Gyromite, brand new, unplayed condition! (box has a small tear, but game is new)" so at least they are not trying to hide the condition of the Gyromite box. At the price it is currently at, it still seems like a pretty good deal.
