I have factory sealed in plastic Official US PlayStation Magazines from Issues 83 through 100. This is August 2004 through January 2006 (which is the 100th anniversary collectors issue). Since they are all sealed, the discs inside are sealed as well I would presume.

I'm not sure how much to ask so make a reasonable offer. They can be shipped affordably via media mail (not sure how much it all weighs though).
