I got a surround sound system for my room for £50. It's probably a cheap piece of shit, but I'm pleased with it so far. The only problem I've found is that it doesn't go really loud, but for my small bedroom it's fine.
While I was in Toys R Us I noticed Lethal Weapon 2 on DVD was £2, so I bought it as well as the speakers.
The big car boot sale here should start up again soon. I'm not sure when but my friend said March.
I guess we're combining ALL finds including those on eBay on here? Didn't find an Everything eBay FINDS thread.
Anyways, I found this nifty Bandai Media Press Kit from 1987 that premieres the NES Family Fun Fitness pad!
Family Fun Fitness Kit
I'm happy!
***If you have any Transformers toys or Three Investigators books, let me know.***
Lucky people in warmer temperate climates! I'm in NY so it's definately going to be one more month at the least until the flea market and garage sales show up We're getting more snow in upstate NY this week then we did in January!
Anyway, I just took a trip to EB today, mainly for Super Princess Peach, but also for some uncommon NES titles (and Trojan) I knew they had.
After EB Edge card discounts they were:
Super Princess Peach - $34.99
Trojan - $0.89
Pinball Quest - $2.69
Kabuki: Quantum Fighter - $1.79
The Magic of Scheherezade - $0.89
For some stupid reason I passed on Dragon Spirit (couldn't remember it was a classic Namco coin-op thanks to the Ban Dai logo) & Ring King. Ring King is priced at $9.99 but I should know better that it will probably ring up at considerably less (Sheherezade was priced at $7.99).
Not much but last night I got:
35 in 1 Pirate GBA cart.
Faceplate for the Outfit
The GBA cart isn't too bad, it has Ducktales and Tetris on it, which makes me happy
I made a great find today at a pawn shop by my work.
Chrono Trigger - $3
Final Fantasy III - $3
Uncharted Waters New Horizons - $3
Romance of the Three Kingdoms II - $3
Romance of the Three Kingdoms III - $3
Sim City - $3
I couldn't believe it. All of them are cart only, but for that price who cares? The labels are all in really great shape.
Picked up a PSP Value pack for $200 canadain used but mint condition. Now I need games
B&R Variety Shop, Henderson, KY:

TremorPak Plus N64 $1.
Cool Voodoo kit $5.

Online auction :
Sega Import Cart for playing... imports.
Sega Saturn controller
Panzer Dragoon
Panzer Dragoon II Zwei
Bug!
Guardian Heroes
Mortal Kombat (Sega CD)
The Saturn games couldn\'t be more new then if I just bought them at the store, foam insert included. $80
Sasha Nein: Young man, I hope you've learned a lesson here today.
Raz: Yes, I have... that shooting things is fun and useful!
Screwed up and got a tax refund this year, so I've been spending it like a complete idiot (as is to be expected!)...
Started buying NGage games finally and I hope to get an NGage sometime soon to play them. So far I've got:
Pathway to Glory
Pocket Kingdoms
Elder Scrolls: Slow Road to Draw In City
Glimmerati
Syphon Filter Chaos Theory
(All for $7 new from Gamestop)
then I saw that Lego Star Wars (PS2) was $20 new. Bought that.
then I noticed that Otogi 2 was $30 new, and since I was already spending money, I bought that too.
Then I saw that Rune (PS2) was $7 and King of Route 66 was $15, so I figured I'd pick those up too. I loved Rune on PC and I've always wanted to compare the two versions against each other...and I'll cockpunch any man that tries to shit talk King of Route 66. That game is 100% man on a disc. It's a guide to how to be a real man. A manly man.
so as we left the store, we walked into another one and saw Hidden & Dangerous 2 and Max Payne 2 (PC) in a double pack for $20 total. Look, Max Payne 2 is pure sex, and Hidden & Dangerous 2 is the sequel to one of the best WW2 action games of all time...so..fucking boughten.
Somehow I also wound up buying Splinter Cell Chaos Theory for PS2 ($10 new), Wind Waker ($15), Pikmin ($15), and something else that's escaping my mind right now. Damnit. Edit - Goldeneye for PS2 ($10 new), which I bought solely for Takayoshi Sato's artistic contributions to the game. Yes, I'll buy a bad game just for a glimpse at his work.
Not a bad month so far!
Well it was Febuary 28th and not really a "find" but I bought Black for $40..
Well, you had to find it in the store.Originally Posted by Joker T

But dammit, I just cant help myself!
Bonks Adventure-GB $8
Spiritual Warfare-GB $12
Mr. Nutz-GBC $9
Vectors, pixels & polygons
I bought Suikoden II at a pawn shop for $40 can.
Pretty happy about it.
I had some great luck just recently at the thrifts!
SNES Console - 2.99
Sega JCV X' Eye w/:
2 sega 3-button controllers
1 jvc 3-button controller
all hookups - 24.99
SNES - Earth Defense Force (loose) - 2.99
SNES - Super Mario World / Allstars (loose) - 2.99
Everything works like a charm! I was really happy with the Xeye. I believe I'm going to switch it out with my sega cd model 2.
Then today in the mail I got:
A package from a dp member:
Genesis - Bonkers
Genesis - Double Dragon 3
Genesis - Exodus: Journey to the Promised Land
Genesis - King of the Monsters 2
Genesis - LHX Attack Chopper
Genesis - The Ooze
Genesis - Twin Cobra
Genesis - World Championship Soccer
All complete! Only thing that disappointed me was it was shipped in one HUGE bubble mailer. Paper box games were kinda badly crushed, but I was able to fix Bonkers with a new cart tray, and Exodus wasn't too badly damaged which I couldn't replace, so no biggie.
Then the other two packages had:
SNES Boxes for:
Megaman 7, X, X2, & X3
A ton of sega genesis manuals I needed out of a lot of 200. I saved a WHOLE TON that are extras, and will probably resell. There were also a lot in HORRIBLE condition I just threw away. Unfortuneately one of them was MUSHA, which I need =*(.
PS2:
God Of War (new) - $19.99
I picked up 3 n-64 games: Turok 2, NBA live 99, and Mission:impossible. Those cost 4.00 all together I also got a strategy guide for Mission Impossible for 2.00 and a Black Sega Sports Dreamcast controller for 4.00. All in all I'm happy.
