There was one at Ebay some months ago. Im not into Sega, I dont know if was the Blockbuster 1 or 2 cart.
It didnt meet reserve, but the highest bid was over $1000 if i remember right.

Something like 4 or 5 known. The one jajaja mentioned has been listed on eBay a couple of times without meeting the $2K reserve. Highest offer last time was about $1300.
