Ultima on consoles

Does Ultima on consoles always come with a fold-out map, or even a cloth map like we have with the computer versions?

Besides Ultima 4 and 5 and Online for computers, which all have a cloth map I further have Ultima IV on SMS, which unfortunately has no map (not even instructions).

What about the SNES, GB,and NES versions? Did they come with a fold-out map, or even a cloth map?

The NES versions of Ulitima 4 and Ultima 5 did but they were paper. Ultima 3 didn't have one AFAIK. I'm not sure about the SNES and GB games.

I have the 1st 2 Ultimas for NES complete, no maps

Runes of Virtue for the Gameboy
did not have a fold out Map if i remember right it had a small map in the instruction manaul. i would have to find mine since its still in the box from when i bought years and years ago brand new!
