Default Power supply question for some older systems

Recently I acquired some older systems:

    Emerson Arcadia 2001
    Atari Stunt Cycle
    Atari Ultra Pong Doubles
    Atari Video Pinball

None of them have AC adapters. I do have a universal AC adapter; however, I'm too chicken to give it a try without knowing which voltage or polarity to set it to for fear of frying a system. Anyone know offhand? What are the proper voltages and polarities for each system?

The Stunt Cycle, Ultra Pong and Video Pinball should work with a 2600 power supply...

you're own your own with the Arcadia :P
