    Default Stolen property?

I was looking for 3DO stuff on ebay and came across this:
    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI...._BIN_Stores_IT
    Sry for the long link
Apparently they "aquired" some stock that "hadn't been counted" from a warehouse of a large company and there isn't
    even a picture.
    Scam or Theft?

This is one of those classic "warehouse finds" auctions. His feedback is not that bad either (no neg's in the last 6 months). I wouldn't worry about it being from a theft or anything.

If it was a game i really wanted (Slayer or Digital Dreamware) I would buy it!
Check out HitpointZ.com to see all my items for sale!
