Looking at a box I received with a Paypal label. The seller already gave me the DC number as 0123 blah blah blah. Looking at the label I can't fnd that number or "delivery confirmation" printed anywhere.
Where is it located on the paypal label?

Yea PayPal DCs usually begin with a 9 while POs begin with a 0.
I printed my first paypal label today. Now I see where the DC is---- it says eDelivery Confirmation.
My seller did not use DC-- he used insurance.

Some packages have delivery confirmation or tracking, but not in realtime. These packages have an item number, but are tracked by using the address. (i.e. these packages have no barcode)
This applies for Canada Post's "Small Packet (Air)" service to the United States. If the item is lost/damaged, the claim is filed by using the receiver's address.
This method keeps shipping costs low, although can cause confusion.
