Questions about Super Bomberman Party Pak for SNES

A couple of questions for the SNES collectors out there.

1) Was the Super Bomberman Party Pak for SNES released in shrink-wrap, or with just adhesive/tape seal(s) on the outer box?

2) Was the Super Bomberman game in the Party Pack the regular release, and if so, was it shrinkwrapped? How about the multitap accessory?

it wasn't shrink wrapped and the game was the same as the released version
