As the topic say, does anyone have a complete NES PAL collection? I know a few people have a complete US set, but what about PAL? I never heard of it nor seen it.

i think Ace (simplynes) has a full set minus the odd box / manual.
What odd box?Originally Posted by Hammy

Ah.. like that, complete complete
mh if he actually has he should send me pics of those spanish games i couldn't find a pic of yet but i know they exist (Snowboard Challenge and others)

FANTASTIC, finallyOriginally Posted by jajaja
you don't have a Defenders of Dynatron City picture too by chance?

Nope sorry :\ I need that one myself, along with Phantom Air Mission I'd say these 3 games (including Snowboard Challenge) are the hardest PAL games to find. They even top Rodland. Snowboard Challenge and Phantom Air Mission isnt even listed in the DP rarity guide.
I've got a pic of Phantom Air Mission somewhere. Can't seem to find it right now, though.Originally Posted by jajaja
As for a complete PAL set, I highly doubt anyone has that at this point in time. The fact that PAL releases haven't been fully documented yet makes it pretty much impossible...
EDIT: Good question btw, jajaja! There hasn't been much talk about PAL NES collections, so I'm looking forward to see what some people have in their collections
I'm always looking for new boxed NES accessories. If you've got any for sale, shoot me a PM!
well as i said Snowboard Challenge isn't in the list (or better: wasn't) because i didn't have a pic. Phantom Air mission is actually on the list (in fact it has been since months), just not in the online versionOriginally Posted by jajaja
i guess you meant you need the game itself (PAM), right? if you need i pic i have that
and yes, they top rodland, but i think Darkman also tops it, good thing the us collectors don't know... well, they didn't until now
-Jan
Ye, i need the game hehe I have a pic myself, thanks anyway. Darkman aint easy to find indeed. Hopefuly i will find it someday
I've seen Darkman multiple times, so I'm not sure if that really tops Rodland? What about the PAL versions of City Connection, Lethal Weapon, and Die Hard? Those seem to be pretty tough to find as well.Originally Posted by hydr0x
Also, I think the US collectors are just interested in PAL exclusives, so I doubt the demand for these rare PAL games will go up by much.

I did a trade with a guy a while back who was only a couple of titles away from a full collection of UK NES releases, but that won't include a large number of the rare non-UK PAL games.
yeah, not too sure about Darkman. you're right, the 3 you mentioned are really rare too. Was Lethal Weapon released in the Netherlands and Belgium too or just in France?Originally Posted by Speedy_NES

indeed, A LOT of games (and especially the rare ones) are missing if it's UK stuff only
-Jan
Ive only seen Lethal Weapon with french text on the label and box. Are there any rare UK NES games btw? I mean thats really hard to get.
I bought a loose copy from Belgium not too long ago, so it could have been released there...or just crossed borders at one point in time.Originally Posted by hydr0x

As for UK releases, isn't Eliminator Boat Duel pretty rare? What about some of the Codemasters games?

Hm.. ye, eliminator boat duel might be hard to find. It aint easy to find the PAL-B version either. I have a boxed copy, but i miss that freakin manual hehe
What region code does the PAL-B version have? SCN?Originally Posted by jajaja

btw, you 2, it has become very clear to me over time that you are both absolute experts on NES and your collection is specialized on that system. So, would you probably want to team up for the PAL NES list here at DP? i've got so many lists that i hardly find the time to do major updates on that one so i could need some help from two experts as you are what do you think?
