MIDWAY ARCADE TREASURES 1 XBOX REDESIGN PACKAGE QUESTION

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone owned the Midway Arcade Treasures 1 for xbox, with the redesigned packaging. Basically the packaging that looks like the later 2 midway arcade treasure games. My question about it is, does the disc contained in this have a redesigned label or is it the same as the old package design label. I ask because I bought a new copy at EB but it was opened. The packaging is the redesigned package and so is the manaul, however the disc that I was given has the old package design on the label. Did I get jipped?

I have it. You didn't get jipped - the disc is exactly the same as the one from the original version.

Just in case anyone else is wondering it's the same for the GameCube redesign as well and I'd assume PS2.

Yes and yes. They did it so they would 'match' with the new look for Vol 2 and 3.
