i cant see how this can be official. im pretty well versed in US dreamcast releases, and ive NEVER heard of every genesis game being on one disk legally.
also notice the "online multiplayer' moniker, adding to the suspicion.
only thing i can think of is GQ received some sort of mandate to print this, which would set quite a precedent.
Judging by the descriptions and dislcaimer, I'm led to believe that it's just the regular Smash Pack.

Yep, just the smash pack with a stock photo, I don't see anywhere that makes claims to have every Genesis Game.
On the stock photo it says 'Complete Genesis Collection' next to sonic. Thats what brought up the whole is this real or a ROM discussion in the first place.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.
