Sounds relatively solid to me, I'm nowhere near a Sega expert so I wasn't sure how the Nomad was handled overall. Either way, even if it's just a mod, I'd expect for it to be worth a bit more than a standard Nomad just because of what it can do.

I saw in gamestation a while back this very same modded Nomad and i presummed it was a home mod, however the switch was exactlly the same and in exactly the same place...

You can expect to pay around $120-$170 for a mint boxed nomad. Its much easier to find one unboxed and in great condition. Check ebay, usually have them going for $60 to $90 bucks. Just make sure the lens isn't cracked or scratched. Also, invest in some screen covers which are pretty cheap to the screen doesn't ever get chipped either. Easy to replace yourself. Other than that, ask to see if speaker still works because they have a hbit of getting blown out from people blasting it. It's a great system, portable genny what more could you ask for

Yup, it sucks the same amount of juice plus you'll save a lot of money in the long run. I'm used to playing the system plugged in since there's usually an outlet nearby whenever I play. Thats a good way to play games on a smaller portable. Any where you can get those emulation cheap for the PSP?
