Scarface has a chainsaw in it, in fact there are some missions where you specifically have to use it.
Silent hill 4 also has a chainsaw, i think you need to finish the game once before its available?

There is a chainsaw in both FF6 (one of Edward's tools) and FF7 (one of Barret's weapons). There is also a chainsaw weapon in Final Fantasy Legend 2, an instant death weapon with its success rate dependent on your strength -- you will either cut the enemy in half or it will say too hard to cut. Not sure if that weapon makes an appearance in any of the other SaGa games.

A chainsaw would increase any games awesomeness by a good 3%.
There are motorized rip saws (very similar to a chainsaw in appearance) in Super Mario World (such as in the Cheese Bridge level).
The "Gears of War"-series should be mentioned as well. It's got chainsaw bayonets!
