Yup love the class systems , easy progression(and smooth) into events. I dont like the fake square enix is giving this game a whole 3d makeover on the ds :/

Honestly, I tried to get into FF3, but I didn't enjoy it the way I did 1 and 2. I think that 5, with its similar job system, is better in every way. (I'm also bitter because they never finished the WSC version of 3...)

It's a good game, but I never did finish it.

Now that the remake is coming out for the DS, I'm going to wait until that comes out and then play it again.

Same here. Although I never played the 3rd Final Fantasy, my favorites are 5 & 7. The others I've played are 1, 2, Mystic Quest, and 9. One of my friends got a free FF3 for his SNES quite a few years ago (Along with Secrets of Evermore/Mana? Don't follow his collection much) from a neighbor that moved away. Pretty cool because he loves that game.

Went back and read the descriptions of the Final Fantasy games (And reflect on their prices & rarity) and laughed at FF7 "Admit it. You cried." I really don't know many people that didn't break down at that point. Like what the hell? Felt like I lost a sister or something at that point in the game.

So, is this a translated ROM on a cart? Cause I would be interested in that.

I own and beat the Famicom cartridge in Japanese quite a few times.

Here's a video of myself playing bits and pieces of the last part of the game.

People in Japan are digging my video according to my stats, the following link says it all.

Thats pretty cool. I wonder how to do that myself. The 3D remake of NES FF3 doesn't interest me too much because they changed the entire graphical style of the game. I dont know if the original version will be included with the remake, but either way somebody will probably put the "official" translation on the original ROM and that would probably be the one I'd want a reproduction of.

Started playing this back when I first got into emulation and loved the storyline, play mechanics and how it introduced alot of the elements from the SNES titles and in some FF games today.
