    Default Weekend Finds?

What did everybody else pick up today?

I found a video store selling Gen and SNES games at 3 for $10. I picked up:

    Genesis
    ---------
    Pigskin Footbrawl (complete)
    Lethal Enforcers II (complete)
    Star Trek: TNG (complete)

    SNES (all boxed)
    --------
Air Cavalry (i knew i hadn't seen this one before, and I get home to see that DP listed it in that rarity thread)
Mountain Bike Rally (i recognized this as one of those exercise bike games, why would a video store have this??)
P.T.O (only one of these with an evil sticker on the label)
Rocky Rodent (even has the poster...weird game....)
    Tuff E Nuff
    Power Rangers The Movie

So all the SNES stuff is up for trade if anyone is interested. I'd like it if somebody could PM me some value estimates on those first 3 games I mentioned, and exactly how rare are Air Calvary and Mountain Bike Rally (8? 9?...)

I've been kinda holding off on game buying this weekend.. I want to buy a GBA and one of those 512meg flash ram cart systems..

I did buy some genesis games though.. and the Gamestop has been holding boxes for me instead of throwing them away so I picked up 30+ genesis, snes, and n64 boxes (mostly genesis.)

For probably the first time ever, I chose to do something else over game hunting this weekend. *Shock!* I did manage to pick up Robotron X for the PSX Friday night while I was out. Surprised by how much I like it, too.

I found a couple of things but I have to wait until I have the cash on Wed to pick them up.

Marve VS Capcom 2 $16 CAD

There was also a Radio Shack TRS 80 (boxed) mini with:

-Multi game switch device. (allows you to plug 4 or 5 carts into this add on and press a button to switch between game)
    -Printer
    -Joystick
    -Pluggin memory
    -3 games (no boxes)
-Some sort of color add on thing. I'mnot sure what it does but is certainly a piece of hardware. It's not an ink cart for the printer.
-A 5 inch floppy drive. External.
-All connectors except the one to the TV.

    Total is $35 CAD

Does anyone know if it uses a regular Game/TV switch like the atari or Vic 20? Is anyone familiar with this unit?

I got a Coleco Gemini with the following:

    2 joysticks
    TV Game Switch
    Power Supply

    10 games

    - River Raid
    - Donkey Kong
    - Spider Fighter *
    - Kaboom!
    - Pitfall!
    - Mouse Trap
    - Infiltrate
    - Private Eye
    - Gopher
    - Star Wars : Arcade Game

    Why i put a * beside Spider Figther ?

Because when i test the cart, well it wasn't Spider Figther, the game inside was Sky Jinks !!!!!

The error must came from the factory because were the screw are the label is not damaged. weird eh ?

I also pick Treasure Master for the NES and two Nintendo Powers (#19 and #20)

Default The Weekends not Over Yet...

I stopped by a Goodwill near one of my stores today during work just to see if anything came in over the weekend.

Well, when it rains it pours i guess.

I found a lot of complete NES games all in really great shape.

    The games I picked up are;

    Wizardry
Wizardry II: Knight of Diamonds (Shrinkwrapped)
    Dr. Chaos
    Eliminator Boat Duel
    Jackal
    Dragon Spirit
    Xevious
    Dragon Warrior
    Break Time: National Pool Tour
    Double Dragon II: The Revenge
    Shingen the Ruler
    Xexyl
    Dick Tracy
    Star Tropics
    Rescue: The Embassy Mission
    8 Eyes
    Gargoyles II
    A Nightmare on Elm Street
    Captain Skyhawk
    Bases Loaded 4
    The Untouchables
    MTV Remote Control
    Infiltrator

    and a loose Final Fantasy

I get the feeling that some dealer might have donated some old stock or something since many don't seem like they were ever opened.

They were marked $3 each but I always ask the manager of this store if she'll discount if I buy in bulk, she said she'll sell them at 1/2 price if I bought them all.

I got them for $1.50 each!

It came out to $38 and change for the lot of them.
