    Default 3d baseball for saturn???

I picked up a disk only copy of this game for under $2. I know its just a sports title but on the DP guide its a rarity 6/10 (which is the same for house of the dead and panzer dragoon saga). I never see any of these going on e-bay so i'm not sure what kind of loot i could get for it if i were to trade/sell it.

Nothing significant. It isn't exactly common, but it is a mediocre sports game. I paid less than $10 for my complete one. And disk only Saturn games tend to go for far less than complete counterparts.

Sometimes rarity is subjective when it comes to actual prices. See Chavez II on SNES for example.

Try playing it, you might enjoy it. Regardless, for two bucks, you did ok and a hard up collector may offer you something nice for it.

Well, because it's loose it's not worth nearly as much compared to complete. In addition, things can be über rare and not have the demand to be worth a lot. In this case, I'd say it's worth the $2 you spent.

It goes for around $15 - $20 on eBay complete.

    Default hmmm...

Yeah I borwsed for this on ebay for months before I found one for $4.99 locally. The store owner looked at me funny when I picked this game out when he has so many better titles with it...

Anyone willing to pay money for this would probably want it complete...

    Maybe a few dollars...

    yup

funny story, for the longest time both me and the Funkster were looking for 3DB. I found it first, it was in a sport lot. So I ended up paying like $4 for a complete copy.

I love good fun baseball games, and 3D Baseball is a fun good game It's my 2nd favorite baseball title on Saturn behind WSB 98.

It's IMO kinda like WSB 98 meets WSB II. It's a solid game. I played the hell out of it. I remember one game I hit four homers with Reggie Sanders

    Default My 2 cents

Well, I would say that picking it up for $2 is better than letting it sit in a store unclaimed. I don't care whether it is disc only or complete. I don't buy every $2 item I see in a game store but I hate leaving anything behind in a thrift shop, particularly for a system such as the Saturn.

yeah I'd say its at least worth the $2 for it. I eventually some day wanna have every game for the US saturn and having it not pop up on ebay too often will make it a little bit easier to complete that collection. I'm not trying to collect every game CIB for saturn though. As long as the game works, I'll consider the collection complete once I make it that far. I figured 3D baseball wasn't going to be worth a whole hell of a lot considering it was disk only and its just a sports title. But a R6/10 saturn sports title for $2 sounds like a deal to me.
