I have a difficult time to believe that. I got these links from atariage.

I should be playing those games, but most of them are in DOS format.
That was awesome
What I liked even more however, was one of the links I found on that page: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYZXN...elated&search=
Monkey Island rocks!!
Point and clicks aren't long if you know where to go, I imagine this isn't the first time the guys played any of these titles. For example Full Throttle's possible to run through in half an hour if you're not wasting any time solving puzzles. So I have no trouble believing he played that many games in that time frame.
I could have picked any of a dozen current threads to leave this comment in, so I apologize for choosing this one. This will undoubtedly get me in trouble but I just can't take it anymore
I can hardly find a topic in the Classic Gaming forum that doesn't include a random YouTube.com link. Half the time, it is the very subject of a thread. It seems like every other thread started these days is on account of video footage from that site. It is as if they are paying a commission to people for the purpose of "getting the word out."
Maybe there is nothing else going on this time of year worth commenting on, but I just don't see the fascination with promoting video of some random person who just happens to be playing video games.
One of these days, I fear I'll open one of those threads to find a link to video of a guy with a blindfold on playing Donkey Kong while taking a crap. Perhaps he will be wearing a Mario t-shirt at the time. I come here to read about games, not see video of meatheads who want to be internet celebrities.
I realize it's not my place to comment but at least a couple other people have to be tired of opening topics all the time in the Classic Gaming forum to find just another link to YouTube.com
Please let's have a YouTube free day.
Now I feel like strangling somebody because I just mentioned them a few more times in my reply *heavy sigh* :/
To the original poster, I do apologize. I'm not blaming you and don't fault any of the other posters. I realize it is a fairly new site and all. It just feels like I am opening spam every time I see one of those threads with random destinations at YouTube.
I beat Day of the Tentacle not that long ago using Scumm
Loved every second of it!
That video is cool btw - thanks for posting it
I agree. I have a bud from college that knows the ins and outs of nearly every Sierra "Quest" game and can beat them in near no time at all, in addition collect all, if not most of the point possible. He grew up into the text and point/click adventure games.Originally Posted by Daria

Its not 24 hours straight after eachother. If you check the clock after each game it doesnt even move 1 minute, so this could have been done over 2-3 days. But still, gameplay is 24 hours Cool video too. I love Monkey Island!
Damn....
I wanna play some Fate of Atlantis right now
