I know there is one for Shenmue 1 but I never seen one for 2. I've looked on ebay and a few other sites but came up with nothing.

well, somebody ripped all of the tracks off the game here: http://gh.ffshrine.org/soundtracks/3860
Ah thanks. I'll check it out. I'm a big Shenmue fan and I try to collect everything for it, kinda how how Arasoi is with Castlevania.
Yea I actually been there before. I was wondering if they were selling it cd form with case and everything.
No official CD release of a soundtrack for Shenmue II.
The official soundtracks are (bear in mind its really hard to find originals and not pirates of these):
Shenmue Orchestra (only 8 tracks, all fully orchestral, its lovely)
Shenmue OST (2CDs, official one comes with a little strip of film negative)
Shenhua CD single
and the Shenmue Jukebox CD that came with the US and Japanese Limited Editions
Ahh, thanks for the info. I have the one that came with the limited edition Shenmue. Wasn't there a limited edition Shenmue II?
There was in Japan, it contained 2 bonus GD-roms, both about Virtua Fighter. I think one was a VF history disk and one was a VF4 passport or preview or somethingOriginally Posted by aaronpetrosky
This site actually has details on all the Shenmue releases. I kindof forgot about it actually.[/url]
Don't you love marketing for another game entirely that thinly disguised and sold to the sonsumer as a "special edition"? Wow.Originally Posted by Julio III
Heh, yeah, but probably boosts sales of the game as the freebie marketing game is generally a lot more popular than the game being sold, as is the case here with virtua fighter.Originally Posted by Daria
Right now I'm wondering if i played the Sonic Adventure 2 demo that came with Phantasy Star Online before i actually played PSO...
I actually got most on that list. But thanks for the list though.

VF Passport. It let you connect to VF.net via your Dreamcast, so you could change items on your VF4 arcade characters. Great for people that didn't have DoCoMo (or a few months later, J-Phone).
Techincally, VF and Shenmue are connected in a few ways, most notably that Shenmue was originally supposed to be a VF RPG game for the saturn, and then evolved into "saturn shenmue" and then into the final game. Plus there are VF toys in the game, etc.
You could make similar connections to Rent-A-Hero, as i believe it uses the same engine, and maybe even Virtua Quest as that IS a VF-related RPG (which in turn has shades of PSO in it). Yay Sega.
I remember seeing some Shenmue II locations in preview images of Virtua Fighter Quest also, i hear the game didn't turn out too well though...Originally Posted by Cryomancer
I just wish Shenmue III would come out......
Shenmue II was amazing - game was huge, story was compelling, many memorable characters, great soundtrack, - as a matter of fact Id pay $300 for Shenmue II OST if it was produced in smal quantity by Sega Direct(like they recently released Sonic Rush Soundtrack).Originally Posted by Julio III
Is the biker chick's song on there? If so, what is it called? It's the 80s rock song. I really want to listen to it!Originally Posted by CYRiX

Damn, I don't see it on that FFshrine site. This really sucks!Originally Posted by aaronpetrosky
I haven't heard Joy's Theme in years, so I don't remember much about it. I just know that it was awesome.
But it is here. http://shenmue.planets.gamespy.com/s...usic_old.shtml
