    Default dead rising or chromehounds

Man like every time im on xboxlive everyone that is online is playing one of these games.... i been short on cash so when i finally am able to pick up a new game which one you guys think ill dig more?

I realize dead rising is more a single player blast where as chromehounds is mulriplayer fun... im down with both.

    Ill probably get both eventually.....

I have both, but Dead Rising has gotten more play here lately, than probably all of my 360 games put together.

But if you like multiplayer - you may as well go for Chromehounds. Surprisingly, I have yet to play it online.

Sothy..... wheres the poll? The topic tells me theres a poll, yet I don't see one. /me scratches head

From what I've read alot more people are happier with Dead Rising than Chromehounds but when it comes down to it in the end, are you more in the mood for mindless Zombie killing (in a time limit environment until you open up free mode) or a slowish playstyle Mech game?

My immedate vote would be to get Dead Rising.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

I own DR and have yet to play Chromehounds, but from what I've read CH has a far superior multiplayer and DR a better sigle player.

So I guess it comes down to what you do more, play online with friends or game alone.

Sothy since I'm always reading posts where you mention playing online combat games with friends and other DPer's you'd probably get more enjoyment out of CH, especially since there are a lot of active members here who play.

I picked up Dead Rising and I love it, it is a great game, but I would recommed trying both demo's

and like everyone else is saying if want a more multiplayer game than chromehounds is good, if you want singleplayer than dead rising is great

for the record, I have chromehounds coming in the mail and I been playing Dead Rising, it's all good though.

I am sure you will like them both

Dead Rising has solid singleplayer and no multiplayer. Chromehounds has bother. Although the chromehounds singleplayer has a bad reputation, it has grown on me. The online is very good, but the DP clan never has enough people on.

You mention probably getting both in the future, so I suggest getting Chromehounds now for $40-$45 around here or ebay, and get Dead Rising a little later when the price drops. Chromehounds is more of a long term game, while I am already bored with Dead Rising after playing through it once and screwing around a bit.

Oh yeah, we do gamechat in CH unlike BF2.

Yeah Chromehounds single player is online training, but it's AWSOME online, and you always gamechat, becasue you're in a freakin online WAR, that YOU effect!

Dead Rising is great for just turning on and breakin stuff, but it's up to you really what kind of game you want.

I haven't played Chromehounds but I have played Dead Rising quite a bit since I got it. So I can't say it's better but I recommend it.

Chromehounds has cost me more gaming time than anything else on the console so far. Dead Rising is fun, but the save system absolutely ruined it for me.

Yeah I hate that save system, keeps making me restart when I die and forget to save, and when I so save, I was almost at day 2 and I hit "save and quit".... back to the start!

Sothy since you are a fan of BF2 you will probably enjoy Chromehounds alot more due to the squad/multiplayer gaming.
