I read a link posted in #vbender last night that goes into a little more detail than Gizmondo does about that but i'm not seeing it at the moment in my url history.

Basically what they are going to do is to make the phantom into a service like GameTap and are working with major computer makers to have it be one of those pre-installed programs.
