I sent Psycho Penguin an email as he stated and here is his response:
I am not making threats….threats would be something of a malicious intent. All I stated was that I will come to you house if I do not get my games. You can take that for what it is worth. I would not jeopardize my career in the Air Force to do something to you…I will just come to your house and get my stuff and I might cause a scene if you do not have my stuff but I would not do nothing to maliciously hurt you or your family.

threats over the internet are just as bad as not getting a few video
games.. you'll have them by september 5th, the hurricane stuff should
not be affecting the post office by then

I strongly suggest that everyone continue with the complaints until you have your money or items in hand. I will post the info I get from the Greenacres detective tomorrow
Dave
MS: I don't recall selling anything to you.
I received 4 money orders and 2 sets of games, and have everyone's info. Everyone's stuff will be sent ASAP (hurricane coming, so tomorrow most likely) and tracking numbers will be sent.
wow, sorry guys. I went through this (as did many other DP members) with ScottK earlier in the summer. A lot of banded together and created a thread just like this, and slowly but surely ScottK came through for all of us.
This situation looks more dire, but I wish you all the best. I been scammed too many times in the past 18 months... I started out having like a 5 year screw-free internet experience. Last 18 months I have been torched a bit.
But now I see PP has at least posted and addressed the situation at hand. ScottK too did this, and that is the 1st step to righting the situation.
And I never send MO's to strangers any more... forget it. I was told by the PO themselves once you get screwed on sending a MO, try as you might, but more times than not you won't see a damn cent back.
Post office was closed yesterday and today due to the most overhyped storm in history. I'll send everything out tomorrow and have tracking numbers to the people who need them. Thanks for the patience.
Please be more active in posting. It doesn't look good when somebody has to shame you into posting on here, the transcript of which is below. I didn't even buy anything from you but if you mess with one or two members, you will stir up the whole board.Originally Posted by Psycho Penguin

twilight hotel: time to ship some orders, steve-o.
JuanDixonFor3: the post office was closed today due to some pussy tropical storm thing. it's reopening tomorrow
twilight hotel: ha ha, don't tell it to me. tell it to dp.
JuanDixonFor3: i told it to everyone who i owe things to. and you asked.
twilight hotel: make a new post. NOW!
twilight hotel: hi ho, hi ho. it's off to the P.O. (post office) you go.
twilight hotel: lol.
JuanDixonFor3: im going tomorrow. have a good night
twilight hotel: they want an update, so get in there and post it.
twilight hotel: post an update, mcfadden. you got a whole board/web site waiting.
twilight hotel: stop messing around.
JuanDixonFor3: i posted. good night
I never delt with this individual, but I'd be shocked if he actually did send out all the items he sold.
Sorry for everyone else.
yep big shocker here, no post or messages from him in 5 days.
it's been a week and even though he asked for my address nothing yet has arrived

I hate to say it guys, but I don't think you'll ever see the stuff you purchased or see him on DP again. Judging from the "rap sheet" of his online shenanigans this punk is without any honor at all.
He's a repeat offender apparently with no conscience and he's gonna keep scamming folks until the cops get him or someone gets pissed enough to locate him and break his kneecaps or what have you.
Damn shame this keeps happening here. :/
Anyone get any of their items?
Wow, it's really hard to read 3 pages of a thread on something like this. I hope you guys get some compensation or something out of this. So far, DP has been a pleasant experience for me, and I hope it stays that way.
I have not gotten my items yet. Sent another email today, and am sending my legal friends his way tomorrow. Maybe that will, uh, jog Steve's memory as to where the post office is and where the missing items are. He did know where the bank was, evidently.
And the phone number my lawyer tried is not in service now. He said he would try a George McFadden fellow, listed in GreenAcres as well, to see if he gets anywhere as to Steve's whereabouts.
What do you think they do to guys in the clink who rob other's of video games/ money. huh huh
ain't pretty i bet.
what i cant understand is how someone can live with themselves after buying stuff with the money that was gotten through...how you say...ill means? I know that i wouldnt be able to do it. oh, how horrible it is to have a consience, wouldnt you all agree?
will for one im very sick and tired of all of you assholes e-mailing me bout this shit because i have nothing to do with any of his shit on here and i would appreciate you all to stop e-mailing me on here or i will report you all for harassment towards me and me feeling threatened because its not funny anymore. and further more he sent it out on friday. so take your threats and put them up ur ass because anyone comes to my house and my step father will be having more then just a little fun with your so called friend!!!!!
oh and now you can have a very nice day.

your boyfriend is going to be in big trouble.. Id suggest to him to refund the money he stole as hes just been filed for mail fraud, not to mention there are a people who live near by him who would probably like to pay him a visit asking for their shit back.
ahhahahaha
what a scum.
Sounds like this guy needs a little vigilante justice!
Anybody have a sack full of door knobs?
Isn't his girlfriend liable too now? Not directly, but She did involve herself by saying "he sent it out on friday" in the above passage.
couldn't it be argued that she would know the where-abouts of the criminal?
I'm sure she wouldn't be fined or anything, but can the law bring her into question?
