Someone in Japan-Help, please. WTB Chameleon and FDS adapter

Hi Folks,

I'm looking to buy the Chameleon NES tool and the FDS adapter for it. The problem is, the seller only sells to those in Japan. I've been dying to get these for a while now, and the guy doesn't make it very easy. Can anyone help out?
