Default How to play psx imports on a ps2?

After finally obtaining a vga box i can play some console games again I feel like playing castlevania: sotn on my ps2, one problem castlevania is a ntsc game and my ps2 is a pal machine.

I have some swap magic cd's i use for my ps2 imports but unfortunatly they won't work for my psx imports. Is there anything like those swap magic cd's for psx games? It has to work on my pstwo (small version) and support multiple cd games. Please don't recommend a modchip i want to keep my consoles in their original state

i do not recall them making a swap disk for the ps1 I thought the only thing they had a was a mod chip, but I mean if you got that and a used playstation it probably would not cost to much. I mean i usually see used playstations going for dirt cheap now

AFAIK, any PSX Gameshark will do. I actually use an Action Replay discs. It's the freebie PSX code disc that came with my PS2. AR. Works like a champ.

BTW, there was a PSX swap disc, the PSXchanger. It will not run on the PS2.
