I have Vegas Dream boxed but nothing like that is with it. Ask that dude with a king's ransom worth of factory sealed NES games.

I'm not familiar with it really but I can say $3 is worth the price for sure, don't expect it to be worth hundreds though.

I was just thinking along the lines of maybe there's a scratcher ticket or a discount to a resort, or something along those lines in there. :P I mean come on, it's a Vegas book and may have a mail-in offer on a slot machine!

hi parpunk (what's your real name?)

that's an interesting variant. I've not seen that before, but I've hardly been looking either so I really have no clue as to rarity or whatever. As one person on the thread has already speculated, it looks like some kind of promotional item to me with a regular vegas dream taken and wrapped with a promotional book overtop. It's such a low demand title that frankly I don't think its worth anything and I'd be shocked if it got much more then the regular version on ebay, which is good for around 20 bucks. If I were bidding on it, I might go 30, but there are so many hundreds of box variants out there that I don't (and I think most people don't) get too hung up on them.

Wish I had more info for you; at the end of the day I really don't know much about it but my guess is that the market wouldn't, unfortunately, get too excited about it.

    hope that helps,
    Dan

market might not get too excited, but DAMN! that is one hell of a variation.

in my opinion, that is very rare. worth lots of money, no, rarity, yes. good luck finding another one like that.

Wow, that's an interesting variation -- does the game have the standard horizontal seam on it? I'm guessing not, as it appears that it might have been re-packaged with the book in there. Pretty damn cool though -- I'd say it's rare :)

It looks to me (I'll let parpunk confirm) that its sealed with horizontal seam, and then the book placed on top, and then sealed again without horizontal seam.

Ie. picture them taking a sealed w/seam one off the assembly line, adding the book, and rewrapping it.

Much like canadian sealed ps2 games are often US copies sealed with a bilingual instruction book thrown on top and then sealed again.

hey bronty you were exactly right bro! yep its factory sealed with the horizontal line. then someone slapped this fun book and gift certificate on the back of it and then resealed it without a seal. very interesting. probably the weirdest thing i have ever found in the wild lol
