That looks nice. I have the first X2VGA, which is just a VGA adapter for the Xbox, and it works very well. (I believe the reviewer quotes are for that device, given their dates.) This one looks better as it allows you to plug anything into it.

I'm getting a front projector soon, and I may consider this since it would essentially give me two extra component inputs (into the VGA input on the projector). I haven't looked into component video switchers yet though; they may be cheaper.

Hm I had one of these for a while. Worked great till my Goodwill monitor broke. Ended up selling it on ebay for more then I paid for it. I love when that happens
