    Default Xbox 360 HDD Problems

    Ok, need some help.

A buddy of mine seems to have faulty 360 HDD. When we plug it in, sometimes the data and profiles, are present, but they usually aren't. We've tried a different HDD on the same console, as well as the faulty drive on a different console, and we're definitely sure it is the HDD.

I'm thinking that since the data still shows up at times, that it must be some sort of connection, and not the disk itself.

By the way, neither Microsoft nor EB could offe rus any help, except for a $26 trade in, since he didn't have EB insurance.

    Any help?

    Nvm

    We fixed it

Somehow the power supply connection was lose. We figured since we had no warranty anyway, we opened it up just to take a look. It worked out.
