    Default CompUSA inventory blowout

Click this link. Enter your zipcode. And see if there are any goodies at your store. I picked up Kameo (360) for $10.

I went to go check this out and it was sorta weak.

Don't let the list of super-cheap electronics on the website get your hopes up, most of it is vapor. Not because it isn't in stock, but because those lists include DEFECTIVE items.

I had seen the following on the list for my store:

    -$80 17" LCD monitor
-$20 Shinsonic 7" portable DVD player
    -$20 Handspring Visor Pro PDA

This stuff was all there (in the back room), but none of it was functional.

Do NOT believe them if they tell you that all the clearance stuff is in the piles at the front of the store, that was only like 1/10th of it.

I only bought one thing.....a black GBA Micro for $41.95. It was marked down to $49.99 on the website and then another $10 off. Price-check is key, because it still had a $99.99 pricetag on it. I had to have the employees get this from the back room, it was not displayed.

Gah, The closest one to me is 63 miles away. More like 126 miles away since it'd take that long to drive there and back.

Thanks a lot! I scored some awesome deals at the first store I went to. In addition to the sale prices, this particular store took another 20% for sales 10/29 through 11/4. Here's my haul:

Final Fantasy XI w/ HD for PS2 ($23.98)
    GBA Micro ($39.98)
Prey Limited Collector's Edition for XBX 360 ($35.98)
Perfect Dark Zero Limited Collector's Edition ($15.98)
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland fro XBX 360 ($15.98)
    NBA 2K6 for XBX 360 ($11.98)
Kingdom of Paradise for PSP ($11.98)
Midway Arcade Treasures for PSP ($11.98)
Star Wars Empire at War Strat. Guide ($1.88)
Battle for Middle-Earth II Strat. Guide for PC ($1.88)
    Final Fantasy XI Atlus ($7.98)

They also had PSOne LCD screens for $50, $40 if purchased by tomorrow. I may go back and get one.

BTW, speaking of good deals, I picked up DK Jungle Beat w/ Bongos at Best Buy recently for $19.99.
