If anyone has sent me a request, I have not recieved it. I don't know why. I'm not ignoring you, but Wii Connect 24 doesn't seem to be picking them up at all.

You can't send requests to people that arn't your friends. They need to add your code and you need to add theirs before you can do anything with them (be it send messages, Mii's ect). The best you can do is go into your address book to see who's still that 'light grey'. Those are the ones that havn't added you back yet.
