Starfox Super Weekend - Starwing Competition - Where?

I'm trying to find out where the Star Fox-Starwing competition were held.
North America for sure, the Super Weekend.

But in Europe?

UK for sure, since I saw ads and cartridges.

Germany, since I saw cartridges with translated text (punkte)

Recently I've bought a cart that has been found inside a shop (not retrogaming or collector's) in Nancy, France.

Was it also in France?

What about the Netherlands?

In Italy they did nothing, I'm sure at least

In my ebay-lifetime I just saw german and english carts. No french or dutch ones. Ok, maybe the french and dutch guys also use the english carts (if they had a competition). Nintendo Europe is sitting in Germany and maybe a reason why Germany has their own carts.

But to your question WHERE a contest took place....don't know

Maybe some "older" french guys could know it.
