Oh, I am getting a printer eventually and I'm not going cheap; I'm going to pay a little more for a high quality product. But I'm not looking to buy one just yet.

hey atomic when you have the time can you post my stuff thanks for that 1
I have been watching all this with alot of interest and I was wondering, do you need to use special paper or any other tools. If I am going to try papercrafting I want to be sure that I do it right.
Thanks for any information you can provide.
As far as tools go, I just use a nice pair of scissors, though you may want to pick up an x-acto knife for interior sections that may need to be cut away.Originally Posted by 2Dskillz
I like Avery brand Permanent Glue Stic (washable, acid-free/photo-safe) which by far works the best out of the few glue sticks I've tried on the paper I use. You will also need a permanent black marker to shade in the exposed white areas.
And as for the paper, I use HP Everyday Inkjet Semi-Gloss Photo Paper (100 pack for $15.99 at Best Buy and worth every last cent). It's real easy to cut and fold and gives you a nice glossy surface that looks killer when all put together.
You can purchase individual sheets of transparent paper (along with the glue stick) at Kinkos (the ink rubs off unless they use their printers, though you can do what I did and just fold the sheet over the printed on side and glue it down).
hey atomic when you got some time can you post the arcades i have send you and please post them here the (the pictures of them finish like the one's you post of your own arcade)you rule atomic
Thanks for the Tips Atomic Thumbs!
If anybody wants me to host their pics for arcade cabs, i'd be more then happy to do so, just pm me for my email address.
hey atomic the screen part the one where you said it was tricky well can you show me how do i make it what parts do i bend and so on am almost finish with is just that part x_x
The sides fold in where the red/black parts end and the top and bottom areas fold where the white lines begin. It really is a pain (and was my third attempt at designing this section). Keep in mind, that the end result should be almost cube shaped.Originally Posted by pacman
