I use IGN for the following reasons.

    1. I love all the column options. Box art, developer, publisher, release date, genre and especially the reader ratings which I think are pretty accurate!
    2. I like the stats. Favored developer, collection value(even though its way off), the average scores ect...just wish there were more!
    3. I like how they have pretty much a complete database.
    4. I like all the different ways you can sort and customize your collection and how easy it is to do.
    5. I like how the wish list has all of the same features the collection does.

The only things I wish they had were a place to add pictures and a column that shows how many other users in their database own and want a particular game(like Gamespot does).

RFGeneration would get my vote. The community is friendly, and their databases for current consoles are generally kept up to date.
    it's thinking

Hmm....I take the sad teenager route and just have a huge list on my LiveJournal. Makes it easy to find and I can access it from other peoples' houses. And I have a copy on my PC at home too.

(For the interested, LJ name same as here.)

As I stated previously, I use VGRebirth...but I'm in the process of migrating my list over to RFGeneration. Being able to print out my collection lists is really handy.

*looks down at sig* um... RFG? I guess. I have used IGN but that was a while ago... my on site list is simply *.txt files in notepad within a Collection directory. I was planning to add an image directory and possibly make html files so the lists will be pictured and linked and such... but, it's not high priority or anything. Hence, may never actually get done.

I just use a big Excel spreadsheet. I can do all kinds of manipulation to the data this way, and I'm not relying on anyone else's website.

I use both Excel and IGN conjunctionally. I like to create my own list so I can keep track all my games condition, value & rarity. I also use IGN because it was the first online collection database I used. Right now I am too lazy to go to other website and start another online collection database.
