i went to tradengames.com and ordered loose carts of secret of mana and street fighter alpha 2 both for snes. it cost $41 total with shipping. i'm not sure if this is a good deal but secret of mana was $26. i usually see it for at least $40 on ebay/amazon/flea markets etc. what do you guys think?
Hit the flea market today. Didn't find anything out in the open lots where people sell junk out of their cars (best place to find games, most of the time they have no idea what they have and how much it's worth). So I went into the booth areas to the collector guy in the back. I picked up Chip Shot Super Pro Golf, complete, for $25, and a bare Miner 2049'er for the Colecovision for $10.
There's so many booths out at the flea market, I sometimes lose track of good shops. On my way out, I finally re-located the booth of the guy who I bought a Myriad 6-in-1 NES game from. He's got a lot of stuff, but nothing as good as that Myriad cart. He did have an INTV III console, along with a power-supply-less Atari 7800, amongst other things. I might end up picking that INTV III from him some time. I've been getting the urge to start looking for Intellivision stuff lately, and I don't have a model 3 console.
went to a flea market today in the uk and got a boxed snes advantage controller with super putty game, unscratched megadrive arcade stick, megadrive mk1 and mega cd mk1, ferrari wheel and pedals for ps1, 3xn64 controllers, a rumble pack, superscope with sensor, snes mouse and a snes competition pro joypad all for £13.91
Then when i got home my friend wanted to trade 60 of my game gear games for an atari jaguar with cybermorph, wolfenstein, kasumi ninja and tempest. a neo geo cd (top loading version) with 15 games kof 94-97 karnovs revenge, art of fighting, world heroes etc, a gameboy advance sp, a ps one with lcd screen. a boxed nes control deck which is in excellent condition long with other gaminhg bits and bobs. he wanted them pretty bad.
Flea Market..Pretty Big but not as big as I expected..I was sweating in a T shirt out there today..
The first thing I found was a Boxed Coleco Vision..$35.00 but when I asked someone had already asked. He grabbed it and gave the vendor the money.
10 minutes later I look and the same(not another) system is back on the ground in the same spot.(?)
Before I left the place I went back and offered him $25.00 and got it...
Ran into a vendor I know with usual $15.00 NES and SNES systems..I grabbed a SNES thinking it was $15.00(it wasn't the nicest, the second one was real dark faded.
Upon asking how much I noticed he needed help getting sewing machine working.
I placed the SNES back down to help and got it going right..A flea market game buying friend of mine walked up and grabbed the SNES..I cringed as I knew I messed up and put it down..I walked over to him while asking price and the vendor now wants $25.00 each, with 1 controller..
I said to my friend that "that" is what I was looking to buy but you take it,you take it..
..When I heard $25.00 I would not of bought it anyway..Upon inspecting the items the RF was broke and it had other issues that unless checked you were getting taken.
My freind did get it,as some things needed like the plug and other RF were found..
The 150-to 200 NES,N64,SNES games he has were all out on the ground but SOLD...I was grabbing this and that only to be told that everything was sold/as I watched her box everything up..
Good though as the same games I was grabbing two vendors down had the same for a lesser price.
Got my Pocket Bike-MinimotoGP Racing Boots in the mail today, scheduled for delivery on Monday via Fed-Ex.

There was one stand that had at least ten boxed and complete 32X games, including Star Wars, Doom, and T-Mek. I'm going back for T-Mek tomorrow.
No pictures 'cause I'm lazy.

Lousy day today. All I found was a complete NUON game. Now I HAVE to find a NUON player just so I can play this game. Oh well
Ballistic-NUON-$2.00
found these at a yard sale today:
those are just the video game related things, I also picked up 2 tubs filled with transformers powerrangers and asorted other toys.
I talked to the people and they said they probably had some more that wa still stored in the house, I got thier number and when they get em out they'll give me a call (hopefully they have the rest of the parts to some of those final fantasy figures)
overall a good find for me.
Slim pickings at specialty stores... Man, I can't wait for Spring to roll around.
New Stuff:
- Street Fighter Alpha Anthology is normally $29.99 new still... but GameStop/EB has dropped the price down to $19.99. Same story applies to Super Robot Taisen: Original Generation 2. If you're a GBA fan, and want any of the Banpresto/Atlus deal releases before they completely disappear, they're all marked down to $19.99 (B-Daman games are down to $14.99) now at the GameStop/EB chain. Lunar Knights was full $29.99 MSRP.
- Best Buy clearence was a bust for me. However, a certain title not listed on the clearence list, Klonoa 2: Dream Champ Tournament, was seven copies in stock, at the very affordable price of $9.99. You just can't pass a gem like this up for that price.
Old Stuff:
Rares are the theme here. Trampoline Terror and Super Turrican 2 were $2.99 each, Twisted Tales of Spike McFang was $4.99, and Nectaris: Military Madness was too much
