    Default Cheap import goodness!

Happy days - got Battle Garegga, Imagefight/Xmultiply and Dracula X for the Saturn, all for £45 ($90) plus postage (within the UK). All games I've wanted to try for ages, but never fancied paying the prices they tend to go for.

Very nice deal. IIRC, I gave about $70 for Garegga a few years ago. No regrets, but I am jealous now.

Nice! I think I paid almost that much for Drac X alone.

Completely worth it anyway, mind you.

Congrats V. Battle Garegga... I was lucky enough to get a used but CIB mint copy for FREE from a buddy back in 2003/4-ish

    Hell of a fine game

How on earth did you land that deal?
Dracula X alone is unbelievable, while you can snag complete copies of BG+IF/X-M together for about $100.

Huh? Dracula X for Saturn? You mean Symphony of the Night right (Also because there is no Drac X for Saturn -> ?)? That makes the price you paid more in line with "reality".

The Japanese version of the game is called "Akumajou Dracula X: Gekka no Yasoukyoku", which is a direct sequel to "Akumajou Dracula X: Chi no Rondo". It's a reasonable shortening.

I mean, I guess you could call it "Dracula X2" but that's just silly. Not like it's a Capcom game.

Haha, yeah Dracula X... for SATURN. Whoops, here I was thinking he landed the PCE-CD game... which makes the price more realistic for sure.

I still can't quite believe that I got them all for that little either - the reason is that they were from a low feedback ebay seller who listed them quite badly. I missed a copy of Soukygurentai for 99p that sold a couple of days before I found their auctions!!

Yup that's true. I've grown accustomed to just thinking of it as Symphony for Saturn (which it is) and not it's proper name.

Hmm, is it just me or is Image Fight a big pile of tat? X-Multiply is pretty decent, and Battle Garegga is completely insane as I would have expected. But Image Fight plays like an 8-bit game, and a pretty shoddy one at that. Not impressed!

I've played the NES version of Image Fight and that certainly plays like an 8-bit game.

Not a big fan, myself. X-Multiply is pretty decent, though!
