Question 2 SNES & 1 INTV? Protos found - ever seen these??

Hello all, this is my 1st post on the prototype board...please look at the attached photos. Have you ever seen these protos? 2 are for Super Nintendo - The Firemen & Nightmare Busters. I played both of these on my SNES. The other is from Mattel '82, labeled Meal? I do not have an Intellivision to test this one on. Any help with all 3 would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The Firemen I want to say came out on SNES under another name, not sure about the Nightmare game, but "Meal" should be Diner for Intellivision, but it's missing an EPROM, and I really know very little about Intelli stuff =P

If you want to sell those SNES protos, please message me

EDIT: Ok, The Firemen came out in Japan by Human, but Nightmare Busters is unreleased AFAIK.

The Firemen also came out in Europe. It is a pretty decent game. Never heard of Nightmare Busters. Can you post some screenshots?

Diner wasn't even started until around 1986 or so, so I don't think the Intellivision game is Diner. Maybe Burgertime.

Is there any company info/copyright on Nightmare Busters?

I found a screenshot from the January 1995 issue of Nintendo Power. It was shown at the Shoshinkai. The article doesn't really say any more than that.

Although it was never released on the snes, it did eventually make it out as Flynn's Adventures, which is a cell phone game.

If it is alright, I would like to use your pictures for the unreleased games section of my website. Any additional screenshots would be welcome.

Did you mean Nichibutsu? (AKA Nihon Bussan Co.)

I looked over their release list found here and the only SFC/SNES titles I see are Super F1 Circus (that I can recognize what they say) and I think a Mahjong game. Suffice to say, it's definitely odd to see an english game coming from them since most of their stuff looks Japan exclusive.

I think its probably an acronym for something along the
lines of "Mattel Electronics ? Lab"

Who's to say it is an English title? There are many Japanese-only games that don't have a spec of Japanese in them, including ones from Nichibutsu. This game was shown in Japan, as I stated in my post above. Another posibility is that the developer wasn't in Japan, but in the US.

Nope. Ignition Factor was the US version of Fire Fighting.

    Default Protos to hit ebay!

Thanks once again to all of you who took time out to answer some questions about the SNES prototypes. I have decided to list both of them on ebay. When they are listed, I will post the item numbers here.

List them carefully. eBay takes them down if you are not careful.

Typically if you use the word "demo" instead of prototype there isn't a problem

Ok, but if I use the word Demo and leave out Prototype, how will people searching for protos find them??
