    Default The $10,000 magazine

I went to CompUSA yesterday. In with my game puchases were several gaming magazines, including issue 2 of Massive. Ironically, this magazine rang up for a massive amount. $10,000!!! I've heard of inflation, but really!!! !

It was actually $5.95. The truely funny part is that when I tried to buy this magazine at Winn Dixie EVERY copy had water damage on interior pages. $10,000. The price for a non-damaged copy. !

P.S. Massive is a magazine dedicated to MMO games. MMO. Massive Magazine Outlay (per copy) !

If CompUSA is the only place that sells non-damaged copies, I think you should get some more and you should hurry before they go out of business!

Maybe it's already a collector's item. Massive and Computer Games magazines have both been shut down. See

While the loss of Massive wouldn't mean much to me, the loss of Computer Games magazine would mean the loss of one of the few computer game centric magazines left. I hope it survives.
