Default need favor, anyone live near westampton, NJ will pay for arcade service call

ok, I may need some help, I shipped a 39 in 1 donkey kong jr machine from Green Bay,WI to Westampton,NJ.

Shipped it through NAVL. The guy says it looks like one of the sides fell off the machine. Plus it appears the brand new auto-switching power supply is dead.

Monitor powers up and marquee lights up.
All wiring and controls are brand new, monitor is a newer wells 7000, and the board is new.

So what I may need is someone to do a house call and replace an autoswitcher and possibly adjust a monitor.I will be calling north american van lines as soon as I get more information from the guy and pictures.

I will gladly pay to have someone fix this for me

thanks ahead of time for anyone willing to help

If the monitor and marquee light power up, how can the PS be dead? Or are you powering up the monitor and marquee light some other way?
Selling collection, Atari through XBox. Send a PM with whatever games you're looking for.

Monitor and marquee light usually are 110 AC, so if the PS is dead, then that would be all that would light up. In my experience, if I run into a cab that lights up those two things, the first thing I check is the power supply.

the led on the auto switcher does not light, monitor powers up and crackles, but no picture, also no power going to the board because the LED's on the board do not light.

Power supply *might* be fused, maybe the fuse is blown? I would check that possibility first, but it definitely sounds to me like the power supply is gone, I would check w/ a meter to be sure. I would help you out with this, but I am 200 miles away (one way). It's a little too far for me. I am sure someone out there is closer, just have to find them. Sorry I can't help you with this (Note to self: Next time, only ship D.O.A. machines to CT..lol). If I can do anything else to help you out, let me know.
