Great news for those who can't afford the carts! "A little more than a SNES title $8!"
I may make my first Virtual Console purchase with these!

Hopefully, we'll see some sort of Wii fighter joystick...but I'm not holding my breath.

It would be cool if SNK released something similar to the Neo Stick 2 for the PS2, but a wireless one with a Wiimote dock.
I read the article on IGN this morning. The president of SNK said they plan on pulling from all 120 released Neo games. This is truly excellent news...I'm happy I never spent the $ on the system as I'm officially out of room in my entertainment center!
Problem is, there are more than 120 released NEO games, so once again, the President of SNK Playmore shows what an idiot he is.
God, if you're going to run a company with a large fan base, at least get your information correct.
There were 146 officially released Neo-Geo MVS games, 12 of which were released outside of the US.
In addition, there were 17 proto games that were not released, some of which are completed, and fully playable (ie. Ghostlop, Fun Fun Brothers)
SNK Playmore continues to disappoint...
Great to deal with: Leonk, AdamG, Cheesystick, DigitalPress, ButtaSuperb, Hydr0x, Darth Vader, Gary Gnu, Portnoyd, NexWave, Postermen, Kaine23, ARCZero, kai123, Buyatari, Minilek, DREW, bighab, AlanD, Flack
Could he have been referring to first party SNK games(as well as the ones from companies they've absorbed, like ADK)? That's what I assumed he meant.
Also, if Andro Dunos was among the first games out, I would be a happy man. I love that fuckin game, but don't own a copy of it myself.
Check out the Kleppings!

A step in the right direction for sure, especially on SNKP's part. This should get a great series of IP out to more people who always wanted to play the games but never could. Of course, this is all subject to SNKP's reputation for delaying EVERYTHING.
Personally, I'll hold my breath for them to release content on the 360. Since I already own my favorites on MVS it's hard for me to justify buying them again without a better controller and online play.
Of course, the first released game for the VC will be Andro Dunos.
Second will be Double Dragon.
