Super Mario Advance 4: e-Reader cards series 3&4?

So I picked up and played Mario 3 on the GBA this afternoon for the first time in a while, and got to thinking about the other levels that were supposed to come in the now cancelled e-Reader card series 3 & 4. I remember someone was able to translate them for the US versions and had codes posted online that were available to print out and scan, but after several hard drive crashes, I've long since lost the link. Long story short, does anybody remember this, and does anybody have the link or even the files?

I tried this before, but could never get it work. If you need me to I can probably track down the link, but it didn't seem worth it to me. I waste a few hours of my life on that pipe dream

You will need a very high-resolution printer to get these things to work, I believe. I never properly tried it, myself.

I tried them on the printers at work and could never get them working and our printers are pretty decent

If someone could get these working though, that'd be great
