Can I buy arrows somewhere? (Lttp)

I'm playing Link to the Past, and there's this mini boss that can only be killed (seems like it) by arrows. When ever I get there, I only have about 5 arrows, and thats not enough since I miss a couple times. I looked all over the map for a store, didn't find one. Can I only get arrows from enemies and pots, or can I buy them somewhere? Thanks!

Go to the wishing pond, there's one on the island in the middle of lake Hylia and I forget where else. Throw in 100 rupees and the faerie will appear and give you the option to carry more bombs or more arrows. You can do it multiple times, I forget what the maximum amount is.
