Default Ripping DVDs for the PSP?

Sorry I couldnt find a thread on this. Can anyone point me to a good resource where I can learn how to rip my DVDs into a format that can be transferred to my PSP? What would be a good DVD ripping program? There are tons out there and most are full of spyware and whatnot.

    Thanks.

Check this site out here http://www.dvd2psp.net/ I think it'll probably hold all the answers you need.

Depends on the level of audio and video compression you use, and the aspect ratio of the video. According to PSP Video 9's built-in filesize estimator, a two-hour widescreen flick at 768bps video (apparently the highest rate the PSP supports) and 128bps audio squashes to 787.5MB, "small" enough to fit on a 1GB card. And you definitely want a 1GB card if you're gonna convert and watch full-length movies on the go as opposed to TV-series eps.
