    Default what do these words mean??? ps2 games jp import "NETWORK PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT"

    hello fellow gamers, i recently was given a japanese playstation 2 that is complete with manual and game and original case with artwork, on the fron the case there is a sticker with the words.

    NETWORK PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT

    is this a complete game or a not finish type or ???

    can anyone tell what these words mean?
