a few items for appraisal?

Hi, I wanted to appraise some items if at all possible:

One: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner 2: Raido Kuzunoha VS King Abadon Sealed with No ID on the back.

Two: Persona 2 Innocent Sin PS1 Import Factory Sealed

three: Resident Evil Code Veronica Testers copy?
No pic, but it has a Code on it, if it would help, I can get a pic of it.

four: Shenmue 2 with Shenmue DVD, has a Microsoft Store ID on it.
Not a clue if thats normal.
Can get a pic.

Five: Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep Demo UMD Silver disc.
Unfortunately no pic at the moment but again I can get a pic.

I'd also like to possibly find out how much my DDS collection is worth.
