About two months ago I finally got God of War and played through it. It was surprisingly very short. I would have like it to be another 15 hours. Awesome game, otherwise.
oh and Streets Of Rage 3 (on Easy Mode )

That's all (So far...)
On Sunday I beat Half Life 2 for Xbox (#36!)
The port itself was pretty spotty. For the most part, the textures were much lower quality than the PC version but there were some (such as newspaper clippings, family photos, etc) that were still high resolution which broke up the art consistancy. The framerate was very erratic and at times (Sand Traps, Anticitizen One) would drop to Rare-levels. Finally, the movement controls (mainly for on foot and the buggy) felt somewhat sloppy, with the buggy being the most affected.
Thankfully, there were some improvements. The generous autoaim cone made Water Hazard quite a bit more fun than previously (you never had to slow down to shoot guys, making it much faster paced and even more interesting) and while the load times ARE more frequent, they're generally shorter than on PC (about 10-15 seconds per segment, averaging out to be about half what it was on the PC).
Overall, I still managed to have quite a fun time with the game (best FPS ever!) and can't wait to replay it on PC again once I upgrade.... and then again on PS3 and Xbox 360.
Xbox - Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Man this was an awesome experience. I loved every moment of it. It really worked well with Bioware's usual extensive dialouge options with all the dark side and light side influence points. With all the equipment I had at the end, it was just unfair, dark jedi were getting murdered with a single flurry attack. Master Speed + Flurry = death. Final boss was a push over after I screwed over his plan. I went dark side the entire game, not one single light side point. I like it enough that I wouldn't mind playing through to see the light side ending, but I'd rather just get the sequel.
I must say though, the pure evil of what you can do to your allies at the end is just horrifying. But oh so pleasureable ;D.
Oddworld Strangers Wrath

Xbox - Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II
I loved the first one so much I went right out and bought the sequel. Just finished it now. Played through as the dark side again of course. Dear LORD, force powers were vamped up in this one. The Sith Lord class with nothing but wisdom invesment destroys everything. Insanity + Force Storm and enemies die like sitting ducks. Force Crush was rediculously overpowered for the bosses, since it only targets one person. Great game, although very easy as a dark side character.
I had a blast getting absorbed into the star wars universe over the last two weeks and enjoying two amazing RPGs.
Now back to Dead Rising! Hopefully I won't suck after restarting.
I finished a game for the first time in a *long* time a couple of weeks ago: Metroid: Zero Mission.
I bought it when it was brand new, but perhaps I was burnt out on Metroid: Fusion or something, because I never actually finished it. This time out I couldn't get enough of it and finished it over a week.

Just finished up Headhunter Redemption on PS2.
Despite the fairly negative reviews, I really like the game. The puzzles weren't difficult (they were both easy AND fun, generally), I had fun breaking the scripting in places, and Jack Wade is just a general badass. The aiming system in particular is exceptionally cool in Redemption.
#37!
I'm really starting to slow down
I just got 100% completion on Midnight Club 3ub Edition Remix. That's a lot of racing. It might be that I suck and/or put too much time into "pimping out" my cars but according to the game stats it took me over 60 hours to finish.

Last night: NES Gradius!
Psychonauts (#38) today.
Damned fun game and highly recommended...on the Xbox. I hear the PS2 port is not-so-good.
Well let's see... Yesterday I beat Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure as Goku. Now I'm working my way through the game as Krillin.

Damn you, it's all because of you (and the mention on Gamesetwatch) that I've been looking for a copy of that (legitimate or bootleg) to play.Originally Posted by will2097

I really wish I'd played it sooner. It was a hell of a lot of fun, though the bolt grinding wasn't handled very well at all. I hear Goin' Commando is worse but Up Your Arsenal fixes it up a good bit.
since i cant edit

Tomba 2

Since editing is turned off...
Xbox 360:
Dead or Alive 4 (Beat it with every character except Tengu. Fuck this game)
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (All 50 achievements)
Xbox:
Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay (played it on PC, but only "own" it on Xbox)
PS2:
Guitar Hero (On Expert, 40/47 songs five starred)
Dragon Quest VIII
Suikoden V
GBA:
Final Fantasy IV Advance
DS:
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
Kirby: Canvas Curse
Warioware: Touched!
I finally finished Suikoden V and there's one excellent word to sum up this game: Meh. I'm amazed I beat it too, because the whole, "Split into 3 groups of characters you never use and go through a 3 hour dungeon followed by the end boss with no saves in between" thing was really making me avoid going through it, but I did and it's shelved. Unf.
Guitar Hero continues to be an addiction, but it's wanning. Thus far, the only songs that have NOT been 5*'d on Expert (but all have been 4*'d) are Texas Flood, Frakenstien, Cowboys From Hell (Still 3*, ugh), Bark at the Moon, Cheat on the Church, The Breaking Wheel, and Farewell Myth.
Just started Xenosaga III... hopefully I can finish that before Guitar Hero II ruins my life.
