Ah, Crystal Pepsi...nothing like popping the top on a cold one and tasting something similar to corn syrup. One of the most disgusting drinks invented. I saw a 2 or 3 liter of the stuff on ebay a couple of years ago go for about $20. Man, people will collect anything!
All right youngens, bath time. Cover up your eyes and drop your britches! Who wants wax?
And an additional $7.50 to ship it.Originally Posted by Savedman

When I ate at the Hard Rock Cafe in Japan (sometime in the early 90's).. a glass of coke cost about $10. And when you got it, it was SMALL! WITH ICE! >
When are they bringing back the "New Coke"? Man i miss that stuff.
Mmmmmm, invisible cola...
*If* the seller sends this by priority mail, I can see justification in the $7.50 price tag. Especially since you'll have to pack this properly to insure no more dents. That means bubble wrap, peanuts and not to mention a big enough box to fit all the layers. A can of pop isn't exactly as light as a CD.
You mean Coke II? According to this, posted in 1999:

You could STILL find it, although I've never found it in stores. Probaly have to go to Atlanta to find it.
Did'nt Coke also try to counter Crystal Pepsi with a 'clear' soda?
1-800-I-FEEL-OK
O.K. Soda - the greatest thing ever. I would pay $5.00 for a can of it, and drink it right now

While it does weigh more than a CD a can of soda is only 12 ounces though. Add 4 ounces for bubble wrap and you can send it anywheres in the country Priority Mail for only $3.80.Originally Posted by Achika
Most likely, the can of soda, boxed with bubble wrap will push it over 1 pound (barely) costing up to $7.50 to send priority from coast to coast.

I still have some of the things that you could cut out of a twelve-pack box of OK soda: an air freshener (had this hanging in my car for a while), scissors, a comb, etc.
I have an unopened can of this sitting on top of my fridge. (Not a bottle as pictured here....)
Yup, coffee-flavored Pepsi. As I hear tell, this little can may be worth a pretty penny or two.
And does anyone remember Orbitz?
Flat fruit-flavored pop with gelatin bits floating in it. Cool thing was that the goo-balls were the same density as the pop, so they never sank or floated. Just - suspended - in the middle. It was tasty enough, but the consistency was a bit "slimy."
Still Around...Still Gamin'...
The fact that there is an after market for failed soft drinks just amzes me to no end.
I better go buy 15 12-packs of Pepsi Blue
I am in fact the guy that made the Raisins prototype worth thousands less by dumping it. "D'oh!!"
That one should get cancelled quick!! That stuff is RANK!!!!Originally Posted by brandver3
OMG I can't believe I never noticed Orbitz was gone. I use to love that stuff.
I've never seen Orbitz. It's sounds absolutely gross. Did it slide down?
oh no...not again. Pepsi Kona is the most disgusting drink ever made. I remember being at a hockey game before it came out and they were giving free samples. Took one sip and then ran to the water fountain. Never again will I drink one of those...thank god it got discontinued.Originally Posted by Sniderman
But if you think about it, if someone likes collecting soda cans I guess the price isn't that bad.
When the hell did Pepsi Kona come out...better yet, when did it die?
-Rob?
PS, guys don't act all surprised that people collect this stuff.....we collect friggin videogames! Ahem.
The moral is, don't **** with Uncle Tim when he's been drinking!
