Anyone else having Priority Mail problems?

Priority mail is the same as first class, first class mail only applies on packages that weigh less than 13 ounces.

This is incorrect. Priority and First Class are NOT the same. I mail many lighter items via First Class and it is cheaper and takes longer than if I were to use Priority. Yes, First Class can be used for items that light, but ANYTHING can be mailed Priority (except for massively heavy packages).
