I think it will just be another PC in the line. Not a own Commodore OS, own hardware etc. I guess they just built together some high-end PCs and put their name on it like everyone else. Not hating it tho, but i dont think it will be anything special either :\
I agree, I am not sure this will be much more than an old friend and nostalgia trip instead of an awesome PC
Yup, probably Commodore in name only, seeing how the assets have gone everywhere after their demise. Why buy a PC in Commodore clothing when you could just make a case badge of the Commodore chickenhead logo or the Boing ball? I mean, even making a case with a plexiglass chickenhead would be cheaper than buying a whole new PC.

I think as CartCollector mentioned above, it will be in name only. I think Shane Monroe referred to this sort of thing as "Name Whoring" in a past Retro Gaming Radio episode.
Does anyone else remember the period in the 90's when Commodore introduced a PC clone line?
