I've opened up a few sealed games. I recently bought a sealed copy of Startropics and opened it up. I bought it sealed just so I could be guaranteed it would have the letter attached to the manual.

I've opened some other sealed NES games as well. It's the best way of knowing what posters, etc are supposed to be in it.
